We do our best to make sure your party arrives on time and ready to celebrate! 🎉

1. Dispatch Times
All ready-made boxes are sent within 3 working days of your order being placed.
Custom or personalised boxes are made to order and will be shipped within 14 days.

2. Shipping Method
We currently offer standard shipping only across Australia.
Express post and international shipping are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

4. Damaged or Missing Items
If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve it quickly — we’ll happily send a replacement or offer store credit

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Instant Party Box! Each box is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition — but here’s what you need to know:

1. No Returns on Custom Boxes or Cookies
As our custom boxes and cookies are made to order and often personalised, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your box arrives damaged or with any faulty items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily send a replacement box or offer a store credit.

3. Other Products
For non-personalised products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
