How long will my order take to ship?
All boxes are sent out within 3 working days of your order being placed. We currently offer standard shipping only — no express post options are available at this stage.
How long does a custom box take?
Custom boxes are made with extra love (and personalisation!) — please allow up to 14 days for dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we’re currently shipping within Australia only, but international shipping will be coming soon
What’s your refund policy?
Because many of our boxes include personalised or printed items, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
If your box arrives damaged or with faulty contents, please get in touch — we’re happy to send a replacement box or offer a store credit.
